The DFC is an annual fitness challenge, begun in 2017, that invites everyone to partake in 30 minutes of fitness every day for 30 days. The emphasis is on being active, not on doing a particular activity. There will be free classes, sporting events, group workout opportunities and even tutorials on healthy eating across the city.
