The proceedings and formalities required to register a company in Dubai is made simple by the genuine support and facilities given by the government. This is done according to the Dubai Technology and Media free zone private companies’ law. The support given by the government includes both legal and structural requirements. If the project is small or big the government ensures that the entrepreneurs receive maximum aid.
There are three ways in which licenses are agreed upon and permitted and given by the Dubai Media city authority.
Free Zone Liability Company (FZLLC)
When registered under this category all companies receive 100% foreign ownership. There is a guarantee of 50 years immunity from personal, income and corporate taxes.
As a branch of Local UAE Company
You can only register as a branch of Local UAE Company only if the mother company is two years old.
As a branch of Foreign/Offshore Company
For getting registered under this category the mother company must be two years old.
Visas mainly consists of:
- Employment/Resident Entry Permit
- Visit Visas for (Business and Personal Purposes)
- Foreign Visa processing.
The companies are permitted to sponsor one employee per 80 sq. ft. of space rented and must give a bank guarantee in the amount of Dhs.2500/- per employee sponsored. They are entitled to sponsor under Personnel Sponsorship Agreement (PSA) and the UAE Federal Labor Law.

- Media and Marketing Services
- Music & Entertainment
