You can pay your DEWA bill through various payment channels.Here is a guide on the different method of payments that DEWA offers to its customers.
DEWA Website (ePay)
You can pay your utility bills using your credit cards(VISA/Master Card) through DEWA’s website www.dewa.gov.ae without extra charges.
Pay via Mobile (mPay)
You can pay your bills anywhere at any time using your mobile.Prior to using the service the user must register on mPay website. It is accessible through www.mpay.dubai.ae.
DEWA Customer Service Centers
Head Office (Al Garhoud), Al Hudaiba, Burj Nahar, Al Wasl, Umm Al Ramool, Ayal Naser, Al Reef Mall, and Dubai Municipality (Al Manara & Al Twar Centres), General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs (Dubai-Head Quarters & Jebel Ali), Discovery Gardens, Jebel Ali Industrial Area.
You can pay using Cash, Cheques, Credit Cards or by P.O. Box mail: A/C Payee crossed cheque along with the remittance advice of bill, to be mailed to: Dubai Electricity & Water Authority P.O. Box 564. Dubai.
Please note that for credit cards a fee of 1.678% is applied. Also please include mobile number and account number on the back of the cheque.
Drive-Thru Service
At Al-Wasl and Umm Al Ramool Customer Service Centers, bills can be paid while driving through your car.
Etisalat Public Payment Machines

Post Offices in Dubai

Direct Debit
By using this service, your bill amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account every month.

Also, DEWA has launched a free app, DEWA smart app, for smartphones and other smart devices which allows registered customers to pay the bills, activate a Dewa account when moving to a new residence, lodge complaints etc.The app is available in English and Arabic. It is compatible with ??all operating platforms? such as Apple IOS, Google Android, Blackberry OS, Blackberry 10, Windows 8, Windows Phone and Samsung Home.
