Nathalie’s Café is set to open on 22 January and will be the capital’s latest gourmet haven for diners looking for delicious and nutritious meals. The café is the work of Nathalie Haddad the brains behind healthy catering company, Right Bite. Nathalie's Café will cater to the working set in the media zone as well as mums and kids in need of an afternoon snack.
The menu includes breakfast option like artisan breads, pastries, low-fat croissants, wholewheat muffins and granola parfaits. When it comes to a little afternoon pick-me-up, we love the sound of the Nutella croissants paired with your choice of coffee – everything from espressos and mocha frapuccinos to Turkish coffee. If coffee’s not for you there is a range of herbal iced teas.
If you’re after something more substantial there’s a hot food section with mains like beef and veg teriyaki skewer with stuffed leek and chive potatoes. There’s also soups and a daily choice of five creative salads. Foodies who are short on time will still be able to pick up some Mediterranean fusion baguettes like minted halloumi or chicken and za’atar sandwiches with dried fig marmalade.
A range of yummy desserts are on offer with creative twists on old faves like s’more cookies and chocolate pecan fudge brownies. There are a few special treats for diabetics available too, and all pastries and sweet treats are low in fat and free of any artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Nathalie’s Café also serves dinners and a weekend brunch on the outdoor terrace.
