Akoya RAK Pearls Restaurant – Al Qawasim Corniche – Ras Al Khaimah

Jun 11, 2011 by serah

Akoya is the first and only restaurant to offer authentic Japanese cuisine in Ras Al Khaimah. Established in late 2010, the restaurant provides traditional and famous Japanese dishes prepared by experienced and certified Japanese chefs. This is the only place where you can have a taste of the world's premium mussel which is known as the Akoya meat. The restaurant offers superb dining experience in modern Teppanyaki style. Akoya restaurant displays the fusion of rich culture and heritage of UAE and Japan to satisfy the taste of the country's local residents and its foreign guests. Akoya also uses traditional ingredients using Japanese technique to produce exquisite taste. The interior of the restaurant is modern in style but its concept is deeply rooted from a popular mythical story about the pearl being a lovely daughter of the moon. Its customers may indulge in the sumptuous Japanese dishes while enjoying the full panorama of the RAK Creek. Quality food is matched with service excellence in Akoya restaurant.
