Another Guinness World Record for UAE!! Dubai is now home to the world’s largest vertical maze. The Maze Tower,which is 55 -storey tall, is located on Sheikh Zayed Road close to DIFC.
The building, developed by the Al Rostamani Group, features intricate lines of balconies for the various residential units and offices in the building, forming a giant maze on the front and rear facades. Constructed out of stone,the maze itself is not just a random pattern but a real puzzle designed by acclaimed maze designer Adrian Fisher.
The tower also boasts of 4 significant features
- Maze Eye ?? an 8-metre circular video wall at the top of the building which has the ability to beam images to great distances
- multicolored LED lights illuminating the maze design at night
- a purpose-built tranquil garden floor strategically situated in the middle of the building
- maze patterned garden at the roof top above the standalone car park.
